MSME Ministry releases final list of awardees for National MSME Awards

New Delhi, Dec 24 (KNN) The Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MoMSME) has released the final list of awardees for the National MSME Awards.

The Deputy Director General, Ministry of MSME, DP Srivastava, in a communication to the awardees, said, “It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that you have been selected as one of the awardees for the National MSME Awards by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises for your outstanding performance in the MSME Sector.”

The Ministry of MSME is to honour you as a token of your special contribution to, and efforts in, the MSME sector and, I am sure, your achievements will motivate other MSMEs also, the communication to the awardees added.

Your efforts and achievement will also help us realize the laudable goals of "Make in India" and "Zero Effect Zero Defect" set by the Hon'ble Prime Minister and the faith and confidence he has so justifiably reposed in the MSME Sector, the letter added.

The award will be conferred during the National MSME Awards Function to be held shortly.

The National MSME Awards is organized by the Ministry to recognize the MSME entrepreneurs for their outstanding performance and by conferring awards motivate and encourage them. There are different categories under which the awards are conferred such as – for

National MSME Awards Innovation in MSMEs, Micro Enterprises (Manufacturing), Special Award to Outstanding Women Entrepreneur in Small Enterprises (Manufacturing), Special Award to Outstanding SC/ST Entrepreneur in Small Enterprises (Manufacturing) etc.
