MSME Ministry to bring out new policy for small sector within 4 months

Hyderabad, Aug 27 (KNN) The MSME Ministry will bring out a new policy for the sector within four months, for which a committee will be set up with officials from the MSME Ministry, Finance Ministry and RBI.

While speaking to the media on the side lines of a workshop here yesterday, Union Minister for MSME, Kalraj Mishra has said that a committee will be set up with officials from the ministry of MSME, finance ministry and the RBI to work on the new policy for MSME sector by studying the policies of different states within India and abroad.

Mishra also said that the Ministry will soon launch the online clearance system. He said that the Ministry along with the bank representatives will try to eliminate the problems in implementing the schemes, but has also urged that the states should try to monitor the implementation of government schemes as the industry is a state subject, reports media.
