New Delhi, Oct 24 (KNN) The MSME-Technology Development Centre, Agra is offering a training programme on how to be a star performer to help entrepreneurs recognise aspects where their own knowledge and expertise can contribute to team results.

The programme is meant for individuals such as managers, executives, business owners, directors or head of brands, CMOs, CEOs as well as students, who will be provided knowledge on where to go for the cooperation, support and experts at their work place.

It is scheduled to be held on October-27 at the institute campus in Agra.

The course content will cover topics such as: good to great- a leap: managing ourselves, doing a little extra: taking initiative, connecting with people: building network, lateral leadership: leading without title, moving ahead together: creating a dynamic team and learning continuously: developing a student mentality.

Participants will learn how to be more productive, do their best and live up to their potentials during the one-day training programme. (KNN/ST)
