MSME TDC to organise training programme on project management

Agra, August 5 (KNN) MSME Technology Development Centre is organising a training course on project management from August 22 to 29 in Gurgaon in line with project management professional.
The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honouring the preconceived constraints. Typical constraints are scope, time and budget. The secondary and more ambitious challenge is to optimise the allocation and integrate the inputs necessary to meet pre-defines objectives.
Course content of the training will cover the topics like project management basics review; project management framework; integration management; scope management; time management; cost management; human resource management; risk management; quality management; procurement management; communication management; stakeholder management and professional responsibility.
The programme will enable the participants to better evaluate the talents and skills of others.
They will have the opportunity to evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses in the process of earning the certification, and have a broader understanding of the skills and toolsets that can be effective.
