MSMEs need to strategize new techniques to overcome challenges: MSME Joint Secretary

New Delhi, Mar 23 (KNN) MSME Joint Secretary Ateesh Kumar Singh has encouraged MSMEs to come up with new strategies to tackle the challenges sprouting due to the pandemic.

Inaugurating the International conference of women entrepreneurs organized by FIWE in association with ISID and MSME Ministry, Singh highlighted the efforts made by the government for accelerating the recovery process of the MSME sector through a slew of programmes and schemes.

“We look forward to  receive the outcome of the conference which would valuable for policy formulation, program implementation ad future planning for the sector by the government,” he added.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Rajni Aggarwal, President, FIWE said, “With economies bouncing back after the pandemic, we are glad that women entrepreneurs are taking the lead and coming for the conference from different countries.”

Nagesh Kumar, Director, Institute for Studies in Industrial Development (ISID) expressed his gratitude on ISID’s partnership with FIWE and MSME Ministry for the event.

“We look forward to rich discussions by experts and successful women business leaders on how to tap the full potential of women entrepreneurship for inclusive industrial transformation,” said Kumar.

The three day conference will also host one-to-one business meetings, factory visits, exhibition and Priyadarshini Award ceremony. (KNN Bureau)
