MSMEs to exhibit products at North East India festival in Thailand from July 29

New Delhi, July 22 (KNN) To mark the 75th year of diplomatic relations between India and Thailand, the second edition of the North East India festival will be held in Bangkok from July 29-31.

This year the focus of the Festival will be on highlighting trade, tourism, investment opportunities as well as exchanges in the field of education and culture.

Products from various sectors including handicrafts, processed foods, agri-products, handicrafts manufactured by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) from the North East will be on display during the entire duration of the fest.

The three-day event will also witness various activities and interactions organised at Central World in Bangkok by the embassy of India in association with Trend MMS.

As per reports, all the eight North East states will be represented by their Chief Ministers and other senior officials.

On July 30, a Trade Meet as well as Tourism B2B meet will take place to create awareness on trade, tourism and investment opportunities in the North Eastern region.

The Minister of State for External Affairs, Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh will be the Chief Guest at the inaugural ceremony.  (KNN Bureau)
