NIRDC Launches InDApp to Streamline Approvals And Boost Opportunities For MSMEs
New Delhi, Nov 28 (KNN) The National Industries Research and Development Council (NIRDC), an autonomous body under the Ministry of MSME, has launched InDApp, a unified digital platform aimed at improving ease of doing business for MSMEs across India.
The platform was unveiled by B. L. Verma, Minister of State, Social Justice and Empowerment and Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution.
Designed as a single-window ecosystem, InDApp simplifies access to government approvals, market information, business opportunities, and inter-ministerial processes.
It integrates physical outreach with digital services, helping entrepreneurs access data on industrial prospects, export schemes, technology upgrades, subsidies, and market trends from any location.
The app has been developed in collaboration with seven ministries, including Food Processing, Agriculture, Fisheries, Commerce, Corporate Affairs, Environment, and New & Renewable Energy.
This multi-ministerial linkage is expected to reduce procedural delays and provide sector-specific resources through a single channel.
Speaking at the launch, Verma said, “InDApp is a forward-looking initiative that supports the MSME’s growth by enabling easier access to business opportunities, enhancing transparency, and simplifying processes and approvals.”
NIRDC Chairman Shambhu Singh added that InDApp marks a major step in boosting grassroots industrial development through coordinated, technology-driven facilitation.
With its unified approach, InDApp is expected to strengthen MSME competitiveness and broaden access to national and sectoral opportunities.
