Number of companies listed with BSE SME reaches 106

Mumbai, Aug 12 (KNN) With two more companies getting listed with the BSE SME Exchange, the total number of listed firms has reached 106. Out of the 106 companies listed, six have migrated to the main board.
 
On Monday, PECOS Hotels and Pubs Limited got listed with the bourse.
 
“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Tuesday, August 11, 2015 the equity shares of PECOS Hotels and Pubs Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” BSE said in a notification.
 
Pecos Hotels and Pubs Limited are mainly engaged in the business of running of hotels and pubs in Bangalore.
 
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Mangalam Seeds Limited got listed with the exchange for the SMEs.
 
“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Wednesday, August 12, 2015 the equity shares of Mangalam Seeds Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” BSE notification said.
 
Mangalam Seeds is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of high quality seeds. (KNN Bureau)
