New Delhi, Mar 21 (KNN) President Droupadi Murmu visited the Udyam Utsav in the President's Estate today, touring various pavilions showcasing handicrafts, food products, and khadi items.

The exhibition highlights the diversity and innovation of India's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector.

The Ministry of MSME is organising the ‘Udyam Utsav’ at Rashtrapati Bhavan from March 20 to March 30, 2025. The event celebrates the spirit of MSMEs across the country and aims to empower entrepreneurs while bringing India's vibrant heritage closer to citizens at this prestigious venue.

The exhibition features seven specialised pavilions showcasing diverse product segments, including Heritage & Handicrafts, Organic & Agro-based products, Green MSME Technologies, Women Entrepreneurs, PM Vishwakarma & Tribal Entrepreneurs, Khadi & Village Industries (APRATIM), and an MSME Business Support Pavilion.

Approximately 60 stalls offer products for sale and display by artisans and entrepreneurs from across the nation.

A dedicated pavilion highlights the PM Vishwakarma Scheme of the Ministry of MSME and showcases trades covered under the initiative with toolkits and live pottery demonstrations.

Visitors can also enjoy additional attractions including diverse cuisine at food stalls, AR/VR experiences, and traditional craft displays. A model of Chandrayaan serves as a central highlight, ensuring an immersive experience for attendees.

The festival atmosphere is enhanced by cultural activities such as Hunar Sangeet, Nukkad Natak, Saree Draping Sessions, and Rajasthani Puppet Maker demonstrations.

The Utsav is open to the public daily from March 20 to March 30, 2025, between 10 AM and 8 PM. Entry is through Gate Number 35 of the Rashtrapati Bhavan, where North Avenue meets Rashtrapati Bhavan.
