Rs 15 crore project of Mysore Printers Cluster to be developed at Koorgalli Industrial Area

The project would include Rs 10 crore industrial area project housing 30 printing units and one Common Facility Centre.
“This project is already submitted to Government of India for approval through Government of Karnataka,” said Suresh Kumar Jain, General Secretary, Mysore Industries Association.
Union Ministry of Sciences & Technology and Technology Information, Forecasting & Assessment Council (TIFAC) has selected eight clusters in India including Mysore Printers cluster of Karnataka for Technology Gap Analysis and hand holding facilities for up-gradation of technology.
M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences has prepared Report on Technology Gap Analysis & hand holding facilities for up gradation of Printing Enterprises of Mysuru.
Validation workshop of this report is being jointly organized by TIFAC, Union Ministry of Sciences & Technology, M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Micro Small & Medium Enterprises Association and Mysore Printers Cluster on January 3, 2016 in the city. (KNN Bureau)
