New Delhi, Oct 18 (KNN)  SME Rating Agency of India Limited which grants accredited ratings to small and medium enterprises has changed its name to SMERA Ratings Limited.

Both the stock market regulator the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) have given approval for the name change of the SME Rating Agency to SMERA Ratings Limited.

However, there is no change in the rating symbols of the agency subsequent to RBI certification. (KNN/ST)
