SMEs help Adobe to grow market in India

New Delhi, Jun 21 (KNN) Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have played a major role in making India one of the fastest growing markets for Adobe Systems Incorporated, said the company Managing Director South Asia Umang Bedi.

“India for us is among the fastest growing regions and we are very optimistic about the growth in the SMB segment,” said Bedi after launching the 2014 version of its Creative Cloud suite here on June 19.

The company has various offerings for the SMEs.

Creative Cloud for SMEs offers unlimited access to all Creative Suite desktop applications in addition to providing them various other applications including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, Adobe Edge, and Adobe Muse.

It is a subscription service from Adobe Systems that gives users access to a collection of software for graphic design, video editing, web development and photography.
The US based company also announced the availability of new Creative Cloud Photography plan that brings together ‘Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5’ which have been very popular with photographers.

The new plan is aimed at those who want to manage and edit their photos on the cloud and will help the company reach out to more number of individual consumers.
“We are targeting consumers like students, teachers and photographers, among others, to adopt CC offerings,” Bedi said. (KNN Bureau)
