TANSTIA, MADITSSIA to hold two day MSME meet

Madurai, Aug 5 (KNN) Tamil Nadu Small and Tiny Industries Association (TANSTIA) in collaboration with Madurai District Tiny and Small Scale Industries Association (MADITSSIA), will conduct a two-day State-level convention of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) on August 7 and 8.

The two day meet will give an opportunity to the owners of small industries to meet under a single umbrella and hold discussions.

The conference would be one stop solution for the entrepreneurs to learn about setting up of a business, government schemes, how to apply for loans and interact with officials from the banking sector.

Speaking to media persons here, TANSTIA president S. Anburaj said that the primary agenda of the meet would be improving commerce in southern Tamil Nadu. There would be technical sessions for entrepreneurs of MSMEs.

President of MADITSSIA K. P. Murugan said a dialogue would be initiated on the need for establishing defence and aero-based manufacturing units in Madurai.
