Technology Development Fund supports total 54 industries across India

New Delhi, Dec 9 (KNN) A total of 54 industries have been supported under the Technology Development Fund (TDF) scheme so far, informed Raksha Rajya Mantri Ajay Bhatt in a written reply to Jayadev Galla in Lok Sabha on Friday. 

MSMEs have benefited the most sector wise, followed by startups with majority of them in Karnataka (11), Maharashtra (9) and Telangana (7). 

Further a total number of 4 technologies have been successfully developed under TDF Scheme. 

The total funds allocated are Rs 28345.17072 lakh and Rs 5599.064543 lakh have been disbursed so far. 

For the awarded projects, a total of 340 applications as Expression of Interest (EoI) have been received under the scheme. 

Total time taken for processing the application till award of the project is 6 months on an average for a normal case.

It takes approximately 45 days for disbursement into the account of the company from the date of submission of bill along with relevant supporting documents received from the company.  (KNN Bureau)
