New Delhi, Apr 14 (KNN): In order to enable entrepreneurs to aspire for excellence and adapt to varying audience and situations, the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) is offering an entrepreneurial motivation training (EMT) programme.

The 39th Accreditation Programme Entrepreneurial Motivation (First Phase) will be held from April 28 to May 3, 2014 at NIESBUD campus.

The programme is divided into three phases, in a unique design to integrate the skill and knowledge of the trainers in handling training sessions both for “content” as well as “process” related inputs.

The first phase programme will cover topics like self-awareness’ motivation concept and experience, motivation arousal, sense of efficacy, providing skill and insight in group processing, planning and performing EMT trainer’s role etc. It will also include cognitive input necessary to understand the dynamics of EMT training and its relevance.

Besides increasing need for achievement, the training will also help developing coping ability, tolerance to ambiguity and influencing capabilities.

The programme is suitable for trainers, counsellors, consultants and those who believe in growth and self-development.

In addition, the training being a part of total entrepreneurship development program increases the receptivity of participants regarding inputs relating to enterprise launching and management.

The role of the EMT is crucial in sustaining the learning of any interventions in enterprise or organisational change. (KNN/ST)
