Training programme on solar pv power systems

New Delhi, Apr 16, (KNN)  MSME-Technology Development Centre, Agra is imparting a training programme on solar photo voltaic power technology from April 18 to 20 in Gurgaon.

The agenda of the training course will include overview of energy scenario and solar energy, pv fundamentals, pv technology evaluation and manufacturing process and BOS (Inverters, Battery, etc.) and selection of solar pv components.

It will cover topics such as Inverters: specification and functioning required for solar pv power plant, Inverters: specification and functioning required for solar pv power plant, standalone (rooftop) systems and their sizing and string sizing for MW-size plants.

The three day training programme will also feature site selection and safety in installation and commissioning, O and M standards and earthing and lighting protection and government policies and incentives.

There will also be a question and answer session and quiz on the final day.

Individuals with any degree or diploma who have interest in the course can participate in the training programme. (KNN/ST)
