Unique Clearance Centre to regularise land holding records at Synergy 2014

Kolkata, Aug 1 (KNN)  The recently set up Unique Clearance Centre by the Government of West Bengal, which receives land holding records for the purpose of regularisation will be functioning today and tomorrow at Synergy 2014 in Howrah.

Synergy Howrah 2014 has been organised by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Textiles (MSME and T), in association with District Administration, Howrah and Howrah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI).
 
FOSMI (Federation of Small and Medium Industries) has encouraged its members to avail the opportunity to get their land holding records sorted out.
 
“Subsequent to the camp held with regard to mutation and conversion of land at Sankrail Industrial Park and Jalan Industrial Complex, Howrah from 16 – 21 June 2014 at ADM Office, Howrah, we are pleased to inform you that the State Government has kindly acceded to a request from our Federation for an extension of the process,” FOSMI said.
 
“Accordingly a Unique Clearance Centre (UCC) has been set up and would be functioning at Synergy 2014 Howrah being held at Sarat Sadan on 1st – 2nd August 2014 to receive land holding records for the purpose of regularization,” it added.
 
Held on similar lines as Synergy MSME 2013 and Synergy Siliguri, Synergy Howrah 2014 aims at promoting growth and development of MSME and Textiles in Howrah district and other parts of the State.
 
The event features various clinics, help desks and special pavilions, set up by various government departments/institutions who would be extending all the requisite assistance to the existing and budding entrepreneurs to facilitate/streamline the various aspects connected with marketing, availability of power, environmental/pollution clearance, fire License, availability of requisite land with all clearance(s)’ etc .
