Videocon School of Technology organizing EDP on managerial effectiveness for MSMEs

Kolkata, Oct 29 (KNN) Videocon School of Technology, Training and Education (VSTTE) and Enterprise Development Institute (EDI) is organising an executive development programme on managerial effectiveness for MSME sector at Enterprise Development Institute, Kolkata on November 20.
The programme will be based on workshops, cases and interactive platform and will cover the topics including Lean manufacturing: concepts and techniques; Concept of lean marketing in MSME context; Concepts of total quality management (TQM) and its relevance for MSMEs and Statutory and regulatory procedures for MSMEs and how to effectively deal with them.
Entrepreneurs and key executives from micro, small and medium scale industries who possess a will to transform their enterprises will be participating in the programme.
The methodology will be class room lectures, case studies, exercises, group discussion, sharing of experiences and interactive sessions.
VSTTE is a subsidiary of KAIL Limited (Videocon Group) and has been set up primarily as a CSR initiative to further the cause of education and training spanning management, technical and vocational education spheres.
