New Delhi, Oct 18 (KNN) Eyeing at facilitating the transition of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) into the Goods and Services tax (GST) regime, the Vodafone Businesses Services (VBS) in association with HP India and KPMG will be launching GST solutions.

Vodafone in a press statement informed that it has formulated an end-to-end package including of hardware from HP, GST invoicing software by KPMG, cloud storage for storing invoice data, uninterrupted GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) access, e-sign, GST registration and migration services.

Along with the MSMEs, the package is also to benefit the start-ups and SOHOs (Small Offices Home Offices), the company said.

According to the official data by now over 70 per cent of the assesses under GST had filed detailed sales returns (GSTR1) for July, also 64 per cent did so for the summarized return GSTR3B in August.

Over 90 percent of the total taxpayers have filed GSTR3B for July.

The data suggest that there are 91.86 lakh tax payers who have fully transited to GSTN, out of which more than 15 lakh are not eligible as they have opted for the composition scheme. (KNN/DA)
