Wadhwani Foundation organizing advantage program for MSMEs in Mumbai tomorrow
Mumbai, July 8 (KNN) To accelerate the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) industries in various ways and to create employment opportunities, Wadhwani Foundation is organizing the 'Wadhwani Advantage Program - West' for west India here.
The event will take place at Maharashtra Chambers of Commerce Industry and agriculture, Fort, Mumbai on July 9, 2019.
Industry Minister Subhash Desai, Minister of State Atul Save, Ram Mohan Mishra Additional development secretary for Small Scale Industry Ministry (Government of India) will address this program.
Wadhwani Foundation was established in the year 2000 under the leadership Ramesh Wadhwani, is a medium for small scale industries for gaining accelerated economic growth in India through large scale initiatives in job creation and skill development.
To achieve this, the Foundation has launched high impact initiatives in India, with the goal of creating millions of jobs. Efforts are initated for employment generation and skill development through various projects. In order to create millions of jobs, the organization has started many initiatives.
As a part of this, the Advantage program will be implemented to promote small and medium scale industries.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Chambers of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA)'s Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council (MAGIC) and Wadhwani Foundation is proposed.
These associations have started working together from April 2019.MAGIC has taken 30 Workshops till now among which 7 Startups are already in production.
The workshops taken by MAGIC and Wadhwani Foundations will diagram industrial revenue generation schemes. Those selected through this project will be helped and guided for Human Resource development, Consumers and Capital Management for their industry.
