Yes Bank launches 6th edition of knowledge series in Chennai to empower MSMEs
New Delhi, Aug 25 (KNN) India’s fourth largest private sector bank, Yes Bank has launched a 6th edition of knowledge series for top executives and promoters of Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs) in Chennai.
It has been launched in conjunction with Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) to help local entrepreneurs scale their businesses for global markets and gain competitive advantage.
The ‘Scale-up’ Knowledge Series is designed to equip MSMEs with information about resource planning and management of challenges associated with scaling up, more so, in the context of the transformational shifts taking place in global commerce due to rapid changes in technology and a dynamic geo-political and regulatory environment.
The session focused extensively on the enabling government policies for MSMEs, and issues relevant to entrepreneurs in Chennai.
The session included a panel discussion that witnessed young entrepreneurs of Chennai discuss 'Scaling up Business in Tamil Nadu'.
With the same objective, Yes Bank has previously hosted ‘Scale-up’ Knowledge Series in Pune, Ludhiana, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata to facilitate hassle-free transition of MSMEs to the new GST regime and scale-up businesses in an increasingly transforming global scenario.
