AEPC ties up with Times Group for international marketing

New Delhi, Sep 5 (KNN) Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) has tied up with The Times Group for promoting Indian Apparel products particularly masks to buyers both within and outside the country.

“We hope our association with The Times Group will help strengthen both our domestic and international markets,” AEPC Chairman Dr A Sakthivel said on Friday while inaugurating the joint webinar on ‘Global and Domestic Marketing Opportunities’.

The three-member Times Group team shared presentations on how the group builds the ecosystem both within India and internationally to promote brands and products on a variety of media platforms to capture a large customer base spread across the world.

The officials explained how the group can be a one-stop shop for all kinds of marketing communications through platforms like print, TV, radio, outdoor and online with their exclusive partnerships with reputed organisations in almost all the countries.

Several apparel exporters who participated in the webinar expressed their desire to not only strengthen their customer base in the usual markets of the UK, US, Europe, Canada, Japan and Australia but also explore smaller markets like in Africa and South America.

In this difficult phase, AEPC member-exporters have moved into the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) segment.

"We need to encash the positive sentiment towards doing business with India,” Dr Sakthivel said.
