New Delhi 10 Dec (KNN) The Chief Justice of India T S Thakur said that  the Arbitrators should be unbiased to both the parties and should listen the viewpoints of parties.

‘We don't say that in the entire system, only the judges are honest and rest everyone is a suspect, When comparison is being made between a judicial arbitrator and non-judicial arbitrator, we can say that the judicial arbitrator has been more reliable and credible," he said in his speech.

While addressing the International conference on “ARBITRATION IN THE ERA OF GLOBLIZATION” in FICCI he said that I can say it without any fear of contradiction that honesty is not the monopoly of judges only.

He also said that the Arbitrators should be unbiased to both the parties and should listen the viewpoints of parties.

The CJI said that arbitrators should have a professional approach and impeccable integrity and honesty should be the foremost condition for being an arbitrator. (KNN Bureau)
