Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre calls for Scientists, Entrepreneurs interested in incubating venture

Bangalore, May 9 (KNN) The Karnataka Government has set up a state of art Incubation Centre - Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre (BBC)- catering to the needs of start-ups.

The centre has been set up in a 10 acre campus with built up area of 60,000 square feet.

The centre has located in the Bangalore Helix Biotech Park, Electronic City, Phase I.

BBC caters to the broad areas of Life Sciences including Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, Agriculture, Food, Nutrition, Industrial Biotechnology and Environmental Biotechnology.

In this context, BBC has sought for Scientists and Entrepreneurs interested in incubating their venture at the centre.

The last date for sending the entries is June 9, 2016.

BBC has been geared to provide world class infrastructure, branding, funding and networking support.

It is equipped with plug & play modular incubation suites offering Scientific & Technical support from scientists from Institute of Biotechnology (IBAB) & Centre for Human Genetics (CHG).

The centre also offers the facilities such as Proteomics & Small Molecule Analysis Lab, Microbiology Labs, Molecular Biology Lab and more. (KNN Bureau)
