Bank of Maharashtra to use WhatsApp for banking services

New Delhi, 15 Jan (KNN) The Bank of Maharashtra will get WhatsApp banking, which was announced by Route Mobile.
At both branch and call centre level the efficiency of the bank will be improved.
This was announced by Tushar Agnihotri, Country Head India and Regional Head for Asia-Pacific of Route Mobile while discussing the outlook for 2022.
Basic queries raised by the customers from their home using their WhatsApp will be addressed by the bank.
Speaking about the development, A. S. Rajeev, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Bank of Maharashtra said, “The banking service on WhatsApp will not only enhance customer experience, but will also provide a seamless and personalized experience to all our customers, as well as non-customers,” said.
