CIE-IIITH onboards 10 startups for summer 2022 programme

Hyderabad, June 10 (KNN) A total number of 10 statrtups have been selected by the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (CIE-IIITH) for its combined accelerator cohort for summer 2022 programme.

CloudWorx, Projexel, Drona Automations, NavaDesign & Innovations, PlebC, Astromeda, Joly Ai, Contelligenz, NeuralSync and Choira are the 10 startups selected and are fr0m the domains of electronic manufacturing, property tech, digital health, tele-radiology, artificial intelligence (AI), computer vision, and music production.

They were shortlisted fr0m a pool of 150 startups that applied for the summer programme this year.

Speaking about the selection of startups, Ramesh Loganathan, COO Professor at CIE-IIITH said, “We are happy to see our programmes mature into an engine that is nurturing and amplifying 10-15 deep tech startups every year and also that they have raised large rounds of follow-on funding and generated employment.”

Since the inception of CIE , it has incubated over 400 startups, he added.

The accelerator kickoff for all the shortlisted startups took place on June 2, 2022.  (KNN Bureau)
