New Delhi, June 10 (KNN) The conference on digital manufacturing is going to be held on June 15 from 10:30 to 14:30 via virtual mode.

This event is being organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as part of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’.

Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma, Hon’ble Minister of state for micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) will be the chief Guest for the event.

The theme of the event is “Embracing the technologies to boost production & competitiveness.”

Some of the key areas that will be focused on during the conference are Industrial Digital Transformation in manufacturing, emerging technologies for shopfloor transformation in India and the current challenges in the digital transformation (workforce, capital, technology and processes).

Key speakers for the conference are Ravi Pisipaty, Head-Plant Operations Hero Motorcorp Ltd, Esha Arya, vice chairman-Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd, Lalit Kumar Mishra, country head, Cognex sensors India amongst others.  (KNN Bureau)
