Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal to discuss Services Sector Exports Strategy with industry leaders tomorrow

New Delhi, Sept 28 (KNN) Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) is organising an interactive session on September 29 with Piyush Goyal, Union minister for Commerce & Industry and Dr Subhas Sarkar, Minister of State, Ministry of Education of India.

The topic of discussion is INDIA@2047: Services Sector Exports Strategy “Skilling and Internationalisation of Higher Education” which will be held in New Delhi.

The interactive session aims to bring together Industry captions and leaders, Senior government officials from respective Ministries.

Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of India will also participate in the discussion.

Services sector aims to reach exports of USD 350 billion in 2022-23 and try to achieve a mark of USD 1 trillion by 2030.

SEPC is also organising a session on Skilling and developing competencies to be able to offer world-class services and has pressed on action plan for NEP and FTAs.  (KNN Bureau)
