DARPG Releases 40th CPGRAMS Report: Grievance Disposal Up Across States/UTs
New Delhi, Dec 15 (KNN) The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has released the 40th monthly report on the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for States and Union Territories for November 2025.
The report presents a detailed assessment of grievance registrations, disposals, pendency, user engagement, and capacity-building initiatives across States and UTs.
During November 2025, States and UTs received 60,450 public grievance (PG) cases, while 70,598 cases were redressed, reflecting a notable improvement in disposal rates compared to October.
Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number of grievance disposals at 25,184 cases, followed by Delhi with 7,989 cases. As of 30 November 2025, total pendency on the CPGRAMS portal stood at 1,65,930 cases, with 23 States and UTs reporting more than 1,000 pending grievances each.
The report also highlighted increased citizen engagement with the platform. A total of 57,180 new users registered on CPGRAMS during November 2025, including 8,739 registrations from Uttar Pradesh.
The CPGRAMS Feedback Call Centre collected 70,141 feedback responses during the month, of which 28,669 pertained to States and UTs. Grievance registration through Common Service Centres (CSCs) continued to expand.
CPGRAMS, integrated with over five lakh CSCs and supported by approximately 2.5 lakh Village Level Entrepreneurs, recorded 14,094 grievances registered via CSCs in November 2025, enhancing access to grievance redressal services in rural and remote areas.
The report further outlined capacity-building efforts under the Sevottam Scheme.
Over the last four financial years, from FY 2022–23 to FY 2025–26 (up to 30 November 2025), a total of 984 training programmes were conducted, covering approximately 32,939 officers.
Training intensity peaked in FY 2024–25, with 314 programmes and 10,740 officers trained.
Among key institutional developments, DARPG operationalised a dedicated Review Module from 6 June 2025 to facilitate senior-level review of grievances in States and UTs.
A monthly review meeting chaired by the Secretary, DARPG, was held on 12 November 2025 to monitor grievance redressal performance.
The November 2025 report indicates steady progress in grievance disposal, expanding digital access, and sustained focus on administrative capacity building across States and Union Territories.
