Demand for steel in India: the end-user perspective

Lucknow, Feb 20 (KNN)  To deliberate on the current scenario of constraints in the supply of steel and the challenges faced by the user industry, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing a conference here tomorrow.
 
‘Demand for steel in India: the end-user perspective’ is the theme of the special interaction with Steel Minister, Beni Prasad Verma.
 
“As the economy is growing, demand for steel is increasing manifold as steel is the most primary input for any manufacturing. However, due to the current scenario of constraints in steel supply, there are challenges faced by user industry,” said CII on the need for such a workshop.
 
The event will see the participation of Chairman, SAIL, C S Verma, and other senior leaders from steel Industry will be present at the Interaction. Speakers from SAIL, RINL (Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd), INSDAG will respond to the queries and observations of steel users.  (KNN/ES)
