Domestic companies urge for bonding between Indo - Japan companies

New Delhi Dec 14 (KNN) To boost the Economic ties between India and Japan, Indian Business leaders have suggested to review the current free trade pack, swift implementation of the social security agreement, and fostering linkages between big Japanese companies and SMEs in India.

These recommendatiosn were made by Indian side during the India Japan Business leaders forum meeting today.

The meeting was chaired by the Bharat Forge Chairman and Managing Director Baba Kalyani, who also urged for fostering linkages between big Japanese companies and SMEs in India.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi assured that the Government would actively consider all the recommendations of the Forum.

India and Japan had implemented Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) in August 2011. (KNN Bureau)
