Efficient internal communication must for better functioning of departments: PM Modi

New Delhi, Aug 25 (KNN) Emphasizing the importance of better internal communication between the various departments of the government, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that efficient internal communication is vital for proper functioning of the state mechanism.

PM Modi made these remarks during the video conference with the Additional Secretaries and Join Secretaries working with the government,

During the interaction, the officers highlighted different subjects including digital and smart governance procedures.

With reference to the industrial sector, the officers emphasized the importance of skill development for the benefit of the economy. Also the officers assured the PM that the different departments are keen on investing efforts to ensure accountability and transparency.

Also issues concerning various stakeholders such as the consumer rights and environment protection are on the list of subjects that are being taken with utmost priority.

The world is looking at India with a lot of expectations in different fields. Also India is being seen vital for a global balance, the PM added.
