New Delhi, Jan 24 (KNN) Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, shared insights on the Centre’s focus on enhancing the global ecosystem, particularly in the fields of technology, semiconductors, and electronics, on Wednesday.

Speaking to the media, Chandrasekhar highlighted the government's commitment to nurturing high-quality talent that not only fuels the growth of the Indian ecosystem but also contributes significantly to shaping the global landscape.

Chandrasekhar emphasised the essential role of skilled professionals in fostering innovation and competitiveness on a global scale.

He stated, "Our focus in the coming years is to create high-quality talent that will not only help the Indian ecosystem grow but also play a meaningful role in shaping the global ecosystem, in tech in general and semiconductors and electronics in particular, in the coming years."

The minister highlighted the magnitude of investments being made to lay the foundation for what promises to be one of the most competitive, exciting, and energetic semiconductor ecosystems globally.

Chandrasekhar also expressed confidence in India's potential to emerge as a key player in the semiconductor industry, with the ongoing efforts geared towards building a robust ecosystem.
