Mumbai, Feb 7 (KNN) The equity shares of Una, Himachal Pradesh, based Pritika Autocast Limited - SME ITP, got delisted form BSE SME platform.

In a notification, BSE SME said, “Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of equity shares.”

Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of Pritika Autocast Limited (Scrip Code: 780020) from SME - Institutional Trading Platform (SME ITP) will be discontinued w.e.f. Tuesday, February 14, 2017, BSE SME added.

The scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records with effect from February 21, 2017.

The exchange said the shareholders may contact the company at: Pritika Autocast Limited, Village Bathri, Tehsil Haroli, Tahliwala – Garshankar Road, District Una – 174 301, Himachal Pradesh.

BSE SME has asked the trading members of the Exchange to take a note of this. (KNN Bureau)
