Exports: DGFT pushes deadline for submitting applications for Scrip based FTP schemes to February 28

New Delhi, Feb 2 (KNN) The last date for submitting applications for Scrip based FTP schemes has been extended to 28th February, 2022 with immediate effect. 

After the last date, no further applications would be allowed to be submitted and they would become time-barred-late cut provisions and shall also not be available submitting claims at a later date, as per a notification by Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce. 

The notification stated that the revision of the date stands applicable for MEIS exports made in the period from 1st July 2018 to 31st December 2020.

For SEIS it is applicable for service exports rendered for FY 18-|9 and FY 2019-20.

While for 2 per cent additional ad ho incentive (under para 3.25 of the FTP- for exports made in the period 1st January 2020 to 31st March 2020.

For ROSCTL exports made from 7th March 2019 to 31st December 2020, and for ROSL exports made upto 6th March 2019  for which claims have not yet been disbursed under scrip mechanism. (KNN Bureau)
