FICCI appoints Dilip Chenoy as its new Director General

New Delhi, Jan 23 (KNN) The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) recently announced the appointment of Dilip Chenoy as its Director General.  
 
"Chenoy has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Director General of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and Deputy Director General of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)," FICCI informed in a press release.

He was awarded the Game Changer Award in 2015 and the Rashtriya Media Ratan Award in 2013. He has been a Member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Applied Manpower Research and Member of Germany-India Skills Working Group.  He is currently Chairman of Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology and Member, Board of Advisors, IILM, the release further said.

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is an association of business organisations in India. Established in 1927, as a non-government, not-for-profit organisation. FICCI comprises of members from the corporate sector, both private and public, including SMEs and MNCs. (KNN/DA)
