Govt invites engineering units to participate in 'Manufacturing Indonesia 2014'

New Delhi, Oct 29 (KNN) The Department of Commerce has invited all engineering companies to participate in the India Pavilion being organised during the 25th Manufacturing Indonesia 2014 which is a significant event in south east Asia’s largest market for manufacturing, machine tools, hardware and industrial automation.
The 25th Manufacturing Indonesia 2014 will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia from December-3 to 6, 2014, according to a press notification.
Engineering units wishing to participate in the event can avail government subsidised rate of Rs 1,75,000 per booth including – 9 sqm built up booth, one return economy flight Delhi-Jakarta; 5 nights’ accommodation on twin sharing basis; airport and venue transfers, it said.
The key sectors that will be focussed upon are machine tools and hardware; wire and tube technologies; drives and controls, welding, gas cutting, heat treatment, equipment and supplies; air compressor, pumps and components; hydraulics, pneumatics and instrumentation; as well as mechanical and electrical parts, components and accessories.
Other sectors that will be showcased are manufacturing and process automation; measuring, testing, image processing and quality assurance software; production and asset management systems; and precision tools.
Last date for sending in applications is November-5, 2014.
More than 2400 international exhibitors from 36 countries will be participating in the event which will see more than 35000 industry professionals.
Indonesia is the third fastest growing economy in the world’s leading industrial countries.
The event will be held concurrently with Tools and Hardware Indonesia; Machine Tools Indonesia; and Industrial Automation and Logistics Indonesia 2014. (KNN/ES)
