Guwahati, Puducherry freight rates up

New Delhi, June 11 (KNN) In the backdrop of tight availability of trucks, freight rates for the nine-tonne pay load section for select destinations rose by Rs 1,000 in the local truck transport market today.
Delhi to Guwahati and Puducherry freight rates moved up by Rs 1,000 each to Rs 51,000 and Rs 68,000.
The transporters were of the view that tight availability of trucks lead to the rise in the freight rate. (KNN Bureau)
