New Delhi, Jan 9 (KNN)  The Handicrafts and Handlooms Exports Corporation of India Limited (HHEC) proposes to construct a  souvenir shop at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts here, in an effort to improve its marketing.

The interior design of the shop would include décor elements like gondolas, storage boxes and wall cabinets.

In this regard, the corporation is inviting quotations from interior decorators to be service providers.

HHEC is a central public sector undertaking under the administrative control of the Ministry of Textiles.

It contributes to exports through various exhibitions, festivals of India and through general sales agents abroad for itself and the other exporters, manufacturers and craftsmen of the country.

IGNCA has the objective to provide a forum for a creative and critical dialogue through performances, exhibitions, multi-media projections, conferences, seminars and workshops between and among the diverse arts traditional and contemporary.  (KNN/ST)
