New Delhi, Dec 16 (KNN) Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today said that it was almost certain that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) would be less than 18 per cent.

While addressing at an interactive session organized by the industry bodies FICCI and CII, Jaitley said in order to get GST India's parliamentary democracy must function and added that GST hopefully will be implemented in the coming year.
