HSIIDC to outsource effluent treatment plant at Ambala & improve facilities at Karnal

New Delhi, Feb 13 (KNN)  Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) is planning to outsource the operation and maintenance of a common effluent treatment plant at its industrial estate in Ambala.
 
It has allocated Rs 20.38 lakhs for the 0.5 MLD capacity common effluent treatment plant, which will be carried out on turnkey basis at the HSIIDC Industrial Estate in Ambala Cantonment.
 
Meanwhile, it also plans to upgrade and construct a boundary wall of green belts in Sector 3 and 3A at its industrial estate in Karnal for an outlay of Rs 18.12 lakhs.
 
In this context, it has invited bids from enlisted bidders of HSIIDC / PWD Haryana / NDMC / CPWD / MES to carry out the work.
 
Located about 200 Kms from New Delhi on National Highway No.1, Ambala industrial estate is well connected by rail.  Spread across 50 acres, it has a rich base of scientific instruments industries.  Its infrastructure includes an internal road network, water supply system through OHSR, sewerage system, electricity distribution system and convenience shopping.
 
Karnal on the other hand is located 125 kms from Delhi on the NH-1, and is also well linked by rail.  Spread across 152 acres - Sector-3 & 3A, 59 acres - Sector-3 Extension, 205 acres - Sector-37, its facilities include the same as those in Ambala.  (KNN/ES)
