‘India International MSME Expo-2016’ to be held in Pragati Maidan from August 11

New Delhi, August 3 (KNN) The ‘India International MSME Expo-2016’, which would have around 700 Startups and 20 investors from India and abroad participating, will commence from August 11-13, 2016 in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The event is being jointly organised by KPMG, CMSME AND FICCI. In the event held last year, only the young entrepreneurs, start-ups and small traders took part, but this year PSUs from sectors such as defence, railways etc would also participate.

The small traders can get the opportunity to do business with the Public Sector Units (PSUs) as PSUs like MTNL, BSNL, BEL, and IRCTC are taking part in this mega event. A separate loan mela is organised in the expo where SBI, Union Bank, SIDBI, MUDRA and NBFC will give offer to avail the loans to MSMEs and Startups.

Railways, defence, engineering, electricals, IT, telecommunication, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, ayush, household, handicraft and FMCG will be the focus sectors in the expo. (KNN Bureau)
