New Delhi, July 4 (KNN) With the roll out of the Goods and Services tax (GST) and the growing need of user-friendly software for the industry, IndiaFilings recently launched  its software product ‘LEDGERS’ aiming to provide easy accounting facility to the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

LEDGERS will work on a cloud-based infrastructure and will offer GST accounting solutions to the SMEs The software can be accessed both from computer as well as from smartphones.

In a press interview Lionel Charles, CEO of IndiaFilings said that the company is excited about GST and the launch of LEDGERS. He further informed that it will help businesses maintain their tax and regulatory compliance and is made GST-Ready.

The software is connected to the Government’s GST network (GSTN) that will enable the user to upload the data on the government server in real-time.

Also earlier the company launched online training and educational program with regard to the GST. It also offered online services for GST registration and GST return filing.  IndiaFilings intends to expand its services throughout the country. It targets to achieve over one lakh SME clients within one year of the GST implementation. (KNN/ DA)
