Indore SEZ included in Appendix 1A and 6J of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-20

Indore, May 25 (KNN) Indore Special Economic  Zone has been included at Appendix 1 A that is in the List of Regional Authorities and their jurisdiction and Appendix 6 J that is Jurisdiction of Special Economic Zones under Handbook of Procedure of 2015-2020.

It has also been included in the Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-20.

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) said in a notification, “Indore Special Economic Zone is included at Appendix-1A & Appendix-6J of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of (FTP 2015-20).

Now with the inclusion of new appendix, the Development Commissioner, Joint Development Commissioner, Deputy Development Commissioner, Assistant Development Commissioner of Indore Special Economic  Zone and the units situated in Indore Special Economic Zones and EOU/SEZs situated in MP have been included in the list of Regional Authorities for export and import purposes and in Jurisdiction of Special Economic Zones.
