INFOCOM 2019 held to address business development needs in the country

New Delhi, July 11 (KNN) To address business development needs by using technology, bringing potential partners together and helping the industry connect with associates and customers, INFOCOM 2019 was held here today.

INFOCOM 2019 was organized with the support of Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar Governments.

Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Athawale inaugurated the event.

Addressing the participants, he said, “Indian economy is growing and foreign countries are also collaborating with us. Initially, we have to strengthen the manpower to strengthen the country. Employment generation is the goal of government and government wants to employ every citizen."

Whatever difficulties are there, needs to be addressed and proposals and recommendations can be sent to us. After looking through it will be discussed in the Parliament. Economically backward sector will be given training from our ministry, Athawale added.

This initiative was started by ABP in 2002 as a forum to demonstrate India’s quest to be the IT superpower. The convergence of business, technology and leadership elements that is essential for driving India to the next phase of growth.

The leading MSME body FISME supported the programme.

The theme for INFOCOM 2019 was “Winning in this Vuca World”. It states, volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. In this new digital world, many organizations are struggling to figure out how they should go digital and face up to the digital disruption challenge that is happening in their respective industries. Regarding the same, INFOCOM provides various platforms in the form of Roundtables, Forums, Awards, Workshops and others across the years and across various locations within India and beyond.
