Intl. Handicraft & Gift fair to begin from 14th Oct at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida

Greater Noida, Oct 13 (KNN) The five day IHGF-Delhi Fair Autumn 2022 which is a gifts & handicrafts fair is all set to start from October 14, 2022 at India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida showcasing a wide range of products.

It is the 54th edition which is scheduled from tomorrow and will be opened to overseas buyers, buying and sourcing consultants as well as large domestic volume retail buyers.

The B2B fair brings home, lifestyle, fashion, textiles and furniture products by 3000+ handicrafts exporters from across the country.

Rakesh Kumar, Director General, EPCH & Chairman IEML said the exhibition will have emphatic representation of craft manufacturing hubs and clusters, stationed in 16 halls in the Expo Centre and 900 permanent showrooms in the Mart area, making it a comprehensive sourcing point.

Artisans from pan India will be stationed in thematic presentations and will be among attraction for the visiting overseas buying community.

Speaking on the occasion, Raj Kumar Malhotra, Chairman-EPCH informed that the visitors profile to the show includes overseas buyers from across the globe comprising wholesalers, distributors, chain stores, departmental stores, retailers, mail order companies, brand owners, buying houses and designers and trend forecasters. 

Overseas buyers from over 100 countries including Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China etc will participate.

Buyers from companies/ departmental stores who have already confirmed their visit to the show include Dukaan Home, Argentina; Flower Power Pty Ltd, Australia; XXX Lutz KG, Austria; Gommaire NV, Belgium; Mercana Furniture, Canada; Society of Lifestyle, Denmark; Boltze Ideen Deutschland GMBH & Co KG, Tedi, Germany; Sugita Ace Co., Ltd, Japan etc.

He further informed that the show will also have visitors from major Indian Retail/online brands including The Wishing Chair, At Home, Urban Ladder, Fabindia Limited, The Purple Turtles, Flipkart, Fabindia Ltd., Shoppers Stop Limited, Reliance Retail Ltd., DLF Brands Pvt Ltd, Home And Bazaar etc.

The fair will hold fashion shows with products sourced from exhibitors at the fair.
