Karnataka Govt invites applications from MSMEs for ‘Sir M. Visveswaraya Manufacturing Excellence Award 2018-19’

Mysuru, Nov 1 (KNN) The Government of Karnataka has invited applications from Micro, Small, Medium and Large Industries for “Sir M. Visveswaraya Manufacturing Excellence Award 2018-19“.

The award ceremony is being organized by the All India Manufacturers' Organization  (TNSB).

Every year, AIMO identify an industries in the state based on their excellence in performance and confer "SIR VISVESVARAYA INDUSTRIAL AWARD" to them.

AIMO was founded by Bharat Ratna Sir. M. Visvesvaraya over 75 years ago.

Mysore Industries Association Secretary Suresh Kumar Jain appealed interested industrialists to download the applications from www.vtpckarnataka.gov.in and Submit before 09-11-2018 to Visveswaraya trade Promotion Center.

The Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre is the designated Nodal Agency of the State for the promotion of International Trade from Karnataka, registered under the Karnataka Societies Act.

It is supervised and regulated by an autonomous body constituted by the Government of Karnataka. VTPC has been operational since 1965 under the aegis of the Department of Industries & Commerce.

VTPC is named after the Chief architect of modern Karnataka, Bharat Ratna Late Sir M.Visvesvaraya, who was instrumental in the industrialization of the State.
