Madhya Pradesh handicraft expo to promote craftsmen

The week-long expo organised by the Madhya Pradesh Hastshilp Evem Hathkargha Vikas Nigam Ltd started today at Aga Khan Hall.
The exhibition will be displaying new range of exclusives like Bagh print, Dabu print, Chanderi, Maheshwar, Tusar silk sarees, dress materials, bell metal craft, stone craft and other home décor items.
Mrignaynee, a unit of Madhya Pradesh handicrafts has been at the centre of all textile corporations’ endeavours. With its countrywide network, Mrignaynee has facilitated the creation of the master craftsmen with profitable means of showcasing and marketing their products.
It provide craft person, skill upgradation training, tools, technology, infrastructure, designing, marketing support and an enabled environment with which they can continue to practice their crafts with profit and dignity. (KNN/ST)
