MSME Minister Giriraj Singh meets managers of COIR board in Kerala

New Delhi, Jan 8 (KNN) The Minister of State (I/C) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Giriraj Singh held a meeting with managers of Coir board in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala recently.

The meeting with the managers comes as a part of the two-day Managers Conclave that kicked off earlier today.

The Minister informed of the meeting through his official twitter handle. Singh tweeted that he along with officials from the ministry met the managers of the Coir board during the Managers Conclave 2018.

The two day event features management development programme on empowering business education and individuals, the Minister added.

The Coir board comes under the Ministry of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The body aims to promote measures towards development, under the control of the Central Government.  Other than promotion, the board also facilitates scientific, technological and economic research required for the industry.
