MSME Technology Development Centre to conduct 4 day weekend online course on EV charging station
New Delhi, Mar 2 (KNN) A four day weekend online training program on EV charging station will be organized by the MSME Technology Development Centre on 5-6 March and 12-13 March, 2022.
The content of the course consist of types of charging station, rate contract, implementation mechanism, and business opportunities.
It will also cover other important factors such as charging connectivity loads, electricity of EV PCS, models for EV charging station, ROI calculations and land leasing.
Government schemes regarding EV charging station will also be discussed in one of the sessions of the four day weekend course which will be held from 6pm to 9pm and the fees is Rs 5900, inclusive of GST.
On completion of the course, a government approved certification will be provided to all the participants.
Currently, India has a total of 1,640 operational public EV chargers. Out of which, nine cities – Surat, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Chennai – account for approximately 940 stations
The Power Ministry has recently issued revised guidelines for EV charging infrastructure across the country which marks as one of the government’s multiple initiatives to promote the manufacturing and adoption of electric vehicles in India. (KNN Bureau)
